Pulsarr

Pulsarr monitors Plex watchlists and automates content acquisition by routing matched items to Sonarr and Radarr. It provides real-time or scheduled polling of Plex, configurable routing rules, approval/quotas, and notification integrations for managing media requests across multiple instances and users.
